Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Courier role based in Safidon. The Courier will be responsible for picking up and delivering industrial products such as adhesives, oils, and films to and from customer locations, warehouses, and suppliers within assigned routes. Daily tasks include planning delivery schedules, loading and unloading goods safely, checking delivery documentation, obtaining signatures, and maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pickups. The role also includes basic vehicle care, following traffic and safety regulations, and communicating with the office team and customers about delivery status or any delays. The Courier will represent Gurukripa Enterprises in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring timely and reliable service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, including polite communication, problem-solving, and professional conduct during deliveries.
- Experience or familiarity with Logistics Management and Transportation, including route planning, time management, and safe handling of goods.
- Willingness to participate in Training related to product handling, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Ability to handle basic documentation and records, including delivery notes, invoices, and proof-of-delivery forms.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and knowledge of local routes in and around Safidon.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move packages safely, following proper handling guidelines.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in courier, delivery, warehouse, or field service roles is an advantage.
