JOB Description
We’re looking for a Creative Director – Copy who doesn’t just write — but creates ideas that travel across markets and make an impact.
You’ll work on brands where creativity meets science, strategy, and real-world outcomes. This is a role for someone high on conceptual thinking, with proven experience in global campaigns across markets like the US, UK, and UAE.
What You’ll Do
- Lead big, platformable ideas across brands and categories
- Drive global and multi-market campaigns (US, UK, UAE and beyond)
- Create highly conceptual work across digital, film, content, and integrated platforms
- Bring together strategy, storytelling, and craft to deliver impactful campaigns
- Collaborate with art, strategy, and cross-functional teams to build strong brand narratives
- Present and sell ideas to senior stakeholders and global clients
Who You Are
- 8–15 years in advertising/creative agencies
- Currently operating at or ready for a Creative Director – Copy role
- Strong portfolio showcasing global campaigns across US, UK, UAE markets
- Known for being high on conceptual thinking and big ideas
- Experience across multiple categories (healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or others)
- Ability to adapt tone and storytelling across diverse audiences and markets
- Exposure to award-winning work (Cannes Lions, Kyoorius, etc.)
- Strong leadership and team management experience
