Using licence-plate recognition, our app lets drivers enter and exit shopping centres and destinations without tickets, pay stations or queues — a seamless experience now live at 90+ locations nationally, including 7 of South Africa’s 10 largest shopping malls, and used by hundreds of thousands of motorists. We’re growing fast beyond parking and our brand shows up everywhere — from the app in someone’s hand to the boom gate they drive through. We’re looking for a designer who can make every one of those touchpoints look its best.

The Opportunity

This is a broad creative role. You’ll bring the admyt brand to life across paid media, social content, brand and environmental design — with motion graphics and video a key part of the mix. From campaign and social creative to in-mall signage and venue launches, you’ll turn marketing ideas into premium, high-performing work, in both static and motion formats. You’ll work closely with the marketing team, who own the strategy and direction; your craft is to execute it brilliantly across every channel.

Engagement Options

We’re open to two ways of working, depending on the right person. Both centre on the same core craft below; the full-time role simply carries a broader, more embedded remit.

•  Full-time (hybrid): an embedded member of the marketing team — delivering creative across all formats, plus ideas and input across campaigns and brand.

•  Retainer — minimum 80 hours / month (hybrid): a focused, execution-led engagement delivering outstanding campaign, brand and motion creative to the marketing team’s direction.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media & Campaign Design

•  Design high-performing paid-media creative — static and animated — for Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital channels.

•  Produce campaign, email, banner and landing-page visuals, plus the size and format variants each platform needs.

•  Create A/B test variations and iterate on creative performance with the marketing team.

Social Content & Digital Design

•  Create platform-native social content and campaign assets to the marketing team’s direction.

•  Keep work current with formats and trends across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Motion Graphics & Video

•  Design and animate short-form video and motion content for social and paid channels.

•  Create motion for app promos, feature explainers, launches and in-mall screens.

•  Edit and assemble video — pacing, type animation, and simple sound / licensed music.

•  Build reusable motion templates and a consistent, on-brand animation style.

Brand, Print & Environmental Design

•  Design in-mall and parking signage — wayfinding, instructional and promotional.

•  Produce large-format collateral (boom-gate wraps, pillar branding, decals) and venue launch kits.

•  Build presentations, pitch decks and partner / marketing collateral, keeping brand consistency across every customer-facing touchpoint.

Where You’ll Also Contribute

Alongside the core craft above, you’ll also pitch in on:

•  Campaign ideas & creative input: bringing concepts and ideas to campaigns and launches alongside the marketing team.

•  Short-form copy: writing punchy, on-brand ad headlines and captions to complement your designs.

•  Website & app assets: producing marketing, web and app-promo creative within our existing Figma design system.

What You’ll Bring

•  5+ years’ professional experience in design, branding and digital campaign creative.

•  A strong portfolio across paid media, social, brand and print — including motion and short-form video samples.

•  Strong motion graphics and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar).

•  Proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.

•  Proven paid-media and social-first creative that performs across digital channels.

•  Strong typography, layout, composition and visual-storytelling craft.

•  Experience producing brand, print and large-format / environmental design.

•  Efficient, reliable execution with high attention to detail and brand consistency, working to marketing-led direction in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

•  3D / Cinema 4D or Blender, and basic sound design.

•  Illustration, photography or videography.

•  Experience with retail, retail-media, fintech or app / tech brands.

•  Comfortable using AI creative tools to speed up production.
