NEXA is growing its creative function and we are looking for a Creative Designer who can sit at the intersection of brand strategy and visual execution. You will work directly with the Head of Marketing and Branding to run creative workshops for new clients, develop visual directions and build brand books that guide everything from visual identity to social media assets, campaign and offline collaterals. You will move fluidly between industries, clients and briefs. One week you are building a direction for a wellness brand, the next you are shaping the visual identity of a B2B tech platform. The ability to absorb, adapt and lead creatively across very different contexts is not optional.
What You Will Do
Creative Workshops & Discovery
Join one-on-one discovery sessions with the team to understand the brand, personality and visual preferences Join exercises that extract what a brand should feel, look and communicate, even when clients cannot articulate it themselves Translate workshop insights into a clear creative and visual direction.
Visual Direction & Brand Books
Build comprehensive visual directions including mood, tone, color, typography, layout principles and creative references Produce brand books and creative guidelines clear enough for any designer or account manager to execute from Define the visual DNA of a brand.
Cross-Industry Creative Work
Develop creative concepts across hospitality, lifestyle, B2B, tech, wellness, F&B and more Adapt your creative instincts to each brand's world without defaulting to templates or trends Research industries, competitors and audiences to ensure creative direction is grounded and differentiated
What We Are Looking For
Creative Thinking First
You understand what makes a brand feel right, not just look good You can articulate creative decisions and defend them with rationale, not just instinct You draw references from architecture, fashion, culture, photography and the world around you.
Industry Agility
You have worked across at least three different industries and adapted your approach to each You do not have a signature style you apply to every project. You have a process You are genuinely curious about different sectors and the people in them.
Craft & Technical Skill
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and at minimum one motion or video tool Strong eye for typography, layout and composition Experience with brand identity systems, not just individual assets.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a role for someone who is only comfortable in one category. The work is deliberately varied. This is not a role where technical execution alone will get you far. The thinking has to come first.
What You Bring
5 to 10 years of experience in brand design, creative direction, or a related field A portfolio that demonstrates range across industries Experience creating brand identity systems and visual guidelines Ability to manage multiple projects and briefs simultaneously without losing quality.
