Job Summary
The Creative Lead is responsible for leading and managing creative projects, branding strategies, and visual communication for the company. This role oversees creative concepts, design quality, marketing campaigns, and content direction to ensure brand consistency and strong audience engagement.
1. Creative Strategy & Branding
• Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Maintain and improve brand identity and visual consistency.
• Lead creative direction for campaigns, promotions, and events.
2. Content & Design Management
• Oversee graphic design, video, digital content, and social media creatives.
• Review and approve all creative materials before publication.
• Ensure high-quality and innovative design output.
3. Campaign Management
• Collaborate with marketing team to create campaign concepts.
• Support product launches, promotions, and branding activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
4. Team Leadership
• Guide and supervise designers, content creators, and creative team members.
• Assign tasks and manage project timelines.
• Support team development and creative growth.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with sales, operations, and other departments.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and production teams when required.
6. Trend & Market Research
• Stay updated on market trends, design trends, and competitor activities.
• Introduce fresh ideas and innovative marketing approaches.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leading creative projects experience, preferably in fintech, banking, telecom, or digital platforms.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and project management ability.
• Strong knowledge of branding and digital marketing.
