The Role
This is a hybrid seat for someone who can set creative and content direction at a high level and still sit down and do the work themselves. You'll guide what gets written, how it's strategized, and how it looks across every brand we serve — while pushing the team toward smarter, AI-enabled ways of working that go beyond a clever prompt.
You'll hold full responsibility for content strategy, creative quality, and innovation across our brands, working closely with account managers, designers, and specialists to keep the work sharp and the thinking connected.
What You'll Own
- Content Strategy & Direction: Set the strategy and creative direction for every brand under Kraft Concepts. Guide writers and designers toward one consistent voice.
- Creative Quality: Hold final responsibility for the quality of creative output. You sign off only when the work meets your standard.
- Brand Strategy: Define the strategic and creative point of view for every brand, giving each one a voice account managers, designers, and writers can build against with confidence.
- Retainer Strategy: Shape ongoing strategy for retainer clients alongside account leads, keeping creative direction fresh as relationships mature.
- Campaigns: Lead campaigns from idea to execution — the strategic angle, the creative work, and the standard every output is held to before it reaches a client.
- New Business Pitches: Drive the narrative and storytelling behind new business pitches. Turn a sharp strategic idea into a deck that wins the room.
- AI-Built Workflows: Build AI-powered systems and workflows the wider team can adopt — going beyond individual prompting to create tools that raise everyone's output.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with account managers, designers, writers, SEO, and paid media so creative thinking stays connected to every other part of the work.

Over time, you'll shape what creative leadership looks like at Kraft Concepts — a practice where AI is woven into how ideas get made, not just how they get written up. The team moves faster without losing what makes the work distinctive. Every brand you touch carries a sharper point of view than the one before it, and the pitches you lead win because the thinking was genuinely good — not just because the deck looked polished.

- AI Fluency: Genuine command of ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini — used to build workflows and systems, not one-off outputs.
- Systems Thinking: A track record of designing tools or processes other people on a team actually use.
- Content & Writing: Strong content strategy instincts paired with hands-on writing across formats and brands.
- Pitch Craft: Comfort building and presenting pitch narratives that move a room.
- Design Tools: Working knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, and presentation tools.
- Analytics Literacy: Enough fluency in data to read what it's telling you and act on it.
- Cross-Functional Range: A natural ability to work across account management, design, SEO, and paid media without losing the creative thread.
