Company Description
DIJGTAL is looking for a Motion Designer who can bring ideas to life through motion first, while also contributing across digital design and editing. This role sits within the creative team and works closely with strategists, designers, creatives, producers and clients to create content that performs across campaigns, social, product marketing and branded experiences.
This is a motion-led role for someone who understands how to tell stories visually across digital channels.
You’ll create high quality motion content for brands across social, paid media, websites, presentations, product launches and campaigns. Alongside motion, you’ll also support with video editing and digital design execution where needed.
This role suits someone who is creatively strong, technically capable, fast-moving and highly organised. You should care about craft, pacing, composition and detail, but also understand how creative needs to perform in real-world digital environments.
What You'll Do
- Create motion graphics, animations and content systems across a range of digital platforms
- Edit video content for campaigns, social, brand storytelling and performance marketing
- Design digital assets including social content, presentations, landing pages, display ads and campaign creative
- Collaborate with strategists, creatives, designers and account teams from concept through to delivery
- Translate brand systems into motion behaviours and scalable content frameworks
- Adapt creative across multiple formats, aspect ratios and channel requirements
- Prepare files and exports for digital delivery across paid, social, web and presentation environments
- Contribute to creative ideation, storyboarding and content concepts
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
- Stay across motion, editing and digital design trends, tools and platform behaviours
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience in motion design within an agency, studio or brand environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion-led creative work across digital channels
- High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, pacing, transitions and storytelling
- Experience editing short-form and campaign video content
- Solid digital design fundamentals across layout, branding and UI-aware design systems
- Understanding of platform best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and digital advertising formats
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and file organisation
- Comfortable presenting and explaining creative rationale internally and externally
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or 3D workflows
- Experience creating motion systems for brands or products
- Understanding of performance creative and content optimisation
- Experience working with developers on interactive or web-based motion
- Sound design or audio editing capability
