About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Creative Producer to join our team and play a pivotal role across the end-to-end creative and production process. This role blends client service and account management with creative ideation and hands-on producing. You’ll be a trusted client partner, a strong creative thinker, and a producer who ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectation.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Service

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships.

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication, clear project management, and high-quality delivery.

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions with confidence and professionalism.

• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and contribute to repeat business.

• Partner with clients to understand their broader brand and campaign objectives, ensuring

SIRAP content aligns strategically.

Creative Development & Leadership

• Ideate and develop creative film concepts aligned with client briefs and SIRAP’s storytelling standards.

• Write and design treatments, pitch decks, and creative presentations.

• Confidently present creative concepts to clients, articulating ideas in a compelling and strategic way.

• Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and editors to bring creative ideas to life.

• Lead and contribute to creative brainstorms across the studio, inspiring innovative approaches.

• Help set and maintain the creative benchmark for SIRAP’s output, mentoring junior producers in creative thinking.

• Champion the integration of AI tools and techniques into creative ideation, concept development, and production workflows.

Production & Delivery

• Scope and draft quotes and budgets for projects, ensuring commercial viability and target margins.

• Plan and manage productions end-to-end, including pre-production, shoot, and post production phases.

• Oversee crew, suppliers, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery.

• Manage the scheduling of crew to ensure resources are aligned with project timelines and client requirements.

• Manage timelines and workflows to ensure assets are delivered on schedule and at the highest standard.

• Quality control of outputs, ensuring creative integrity and brand alignment.

• Resolve production challenges quickly and calmly, keeping projects on track under pressure.

Commercial & Strategic Contribution

• Ensure profitability on all jobs by monitoring budgets, scope, and resource allocation.

• Contribute to new business pitches, proposals, and presentations.

• Work with the senior team to refine processes, integrate new tools (including AI-driven efficiencies across creative and production workflows), and strengthen workflows.

Culture & Collaboration

• Act as a culture leader within the studio, bringing positivity, accountability, and collaborative energy.

• Support the continuous development of SIRAP’s brand reputation by championing best-in-class work.

• Contribute ideas beyond your own accounts, supporting colleagues in delivering excellent

outcomes.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in a creative producer, producer, or similar role in content, film, or advertising.

• Strong account management and client service skills, with proven experience growing client relationships.

• Excellent creative writing and presentation skills, with an ability to ideate and communicate film concepts.

• Experienced in preparing quotes and budgets, and commercially astute.

• Hands-on experience managing productions from concept through to delivery.

• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners.

• Resilient, solutions-focused, and confident working under pressure.
