Looking for hungry and humble Creative Strategist / Creative Producer / Performance Creative.
What You’ll Work On:
- Develop creative concepts, briefs for Meta campaigns
- Turn performance data into new testing ideas
- Research trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Write clear briefs for editors and creators
- Improve hooks, scripts, and messaging based on results
- Help shape creative strategy across the customer journey
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Copywriting, or Paid Social
- Understanding of DTC e-commerce and performance advertising
- Ability to combine creative thinking with data
- Strong English (written and spoken)
- Openness to feedback and fast iterations
- A proactive and responsible mindset

Compensation
From €2800 Gross for junior level specialist.
We share the % from client's retainer, so the salary is performance driven and can be up to €12K a month.
