The Role

We're looking for a sharp, personable go-getter to drive sponsorship and partnership revenue for OpenHaus, our flagship interview podcast, while also opening doors for WriteHaus Asia's wider creative and content services.

This isn't a cold-calling, script-reading job. You'll be the face that brands meet when they want to be part of conversations that genuinely move people, and you'll need the creative instinct to know what a good partnership actually looks like, not just the hustle to close it.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, pitch, and close brand partnership and sponsorship deals for OpenHaus across episodes, social content, and live activations.

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective sponsors, agencies, and brand marketers, from first outreach to signed deal.

  • Craft compelling sales decks and proposals that translate our content and audience into a brand's language.

  • Represent OpenHaus and WriteHaus Asia confidently in client meetings and pitches, in person and online.

  • Work closely with our editorial and production teams to ensure sponsor deliverables are realistic, on-brand, and well-executed.

  • Spot opportunities to cross-sell WriteHaus Asia's broader creative, branding, and content production services to existing and prospective clients.

  • Track and report on pipeline, conversion, and revenue against targets.

  • Someone curious about media, branding, and what makes content actually work.

  • Resourceful and self-driven, comfortable opening doors without being handed a warm lead every time.

  • Sharp commercial instinct paired with enough creative sensibility to know what's worth selling.

  • Resilient and coachable. We give direct feedback here, and we expect you to use it.

Creative Sales Executive (OpenHaus Podcast & WriteHaus Asia)

  • Minimum a Diploma from a recognised institution. Degree holders from recognised institutions are welcome to apply.

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in media, advertising, or a client-facing commercial role.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and close a sales pipeline independently

  • Confident presenting and negotiating with brand marketers, agencies, and decision-makers, in person and over video calls.

  • Comfortable building proposals and decks that translate content and audience data into commercial value.

  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a strong advantage.
