This fast-growing global supplement brand has moved from launch to international scale in less than a year, and now they’re searching for a Creative Strategist who can accelerate that momentum.
In this role, you’ll own the creative engines that drive growth. Your mission isn’t to design for aesthetics, it’s to uncover the insights, angles, and concepts that turn cold audiences into buyers. You’ll dive deep into customer psychology, test rapidly, and build the creative frameworks that take an 8-figure DTC operation to the next level. Expect full creative autonomy, from identifying winning concepts to shaping the testing roadmap, as the brand continues scaling internationally.
This is a fully remote, full-time contractor role.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Develop and execute a high-volume creative testing roadmap, aiming for at least 15+ high-quality unique concepts per week.
- Conduct deep-dive research into customer psychology, competitor strategies, and market trends to identify untapped angles and "big ideas."
- Write comprehensive scripts and briefs for video editors, ensuring every frame is optimized for retention and conversion.
- Analyze performance data across Meta to identify "winners": ads that can sustain high daily spend (up to $1,000+ per campaign) at a profitable ROAS.
- Iterate rapidly on existing winners by testing new hooks, headlines, and CTAs to extend the lifecycle of top-performing assets.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and existing media buying agencies to align creative output with account-wide scaling goals.
- Manage the workflow of internal and external video editors to maintain a consistent pipeline of fresh content.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 2+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist specifically within the high-growth DTC brand, with a track record of working with brands at the 7-8 figure revenue level.
- You have a deep understanding of direct-response principles and know how to craft hooks and narratives that stop the scroll and drive conversions on Meta and TikTok.
- You write long-form advertorial copy, craft hooks, script UGC, and develop static or AI-generated ad concepts.
- You are capable of sustaining a high output, regularly developing 12-15+ unique concepts per week without needing constant direction.
- You can look at Meta performance metrics and immediately translate them into creative iterations.
- You are comfortable using Slack and ad spy tools, and you have a solid grasp of AI image and video generation tools to speed up your workflow.
- You thrive in environments where you are expected to take ownership and solve problems rather than waiting for a checklist of tasks.
Bonus points if you have:
- Specific experience in the health, wellness, or supplement category.
- Experience marketing specifically to the 40-70 age demographic (men and women).
- A background working with subscription-based products.
