Role Description This is a full-time Creative Strategist role based in Karāchi, with a hybrid work model that allows some work from home. The Creative Strategist will develop and refine brand narratives, ensuring all creative concepts align with MIDRA’s focus on fine, sustainable, and long-lasting design. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading creative brainstorming sessions, collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams, and translating brand strategy into compelling campaigns and content. The role involves researching market and cultural trends, analyzing audience insights, and shaping creative direction across digital, social, and experiential touchpoints. The Creative Strategist will also write and review key messages, creative briefs, and concept presentations to maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice.

Qualifications

  • Strong creative leadership capabilities, including Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills.
  • Proficiency in Brand Strategy, with experience positioning and growing design-led or lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging narratives and brand messages.
  • Solid Research skills for gathering consumer, market, and cultural insights to inform creative concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and product teams in a creative or agency environment.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly, accept feedback constructively, and iterate concepts quickly.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms, including content formats, trends, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in sustainability, responsible design, and long-lasting products is highly preferred.
