A leading digital marketing agency in Israel, managing large-scale PPC campaigns for leading international brands across video, search, display, and social platforms, is looking for a hands-on Creative Strategist.

About The Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Creative Strategist to lead one of our creative pods-a small team of copywriters and designers producing high-volume direct-response ads (UGC, static ads, quiz funnels) for major US brands.

This role owns creative development A-Z: reading performance data, deciding what to make next, turning it into detailed briefs your team can execute fast, and shipping a high-volume weekly cadence without dropping quality.

A strong Creative Strategist here reads ad data and makes kill/iterate/scale calls, writes briefs so clear nobody needs a follow-up question, keeps the team moving in parallel, and uses AI tools as a force multiplier

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pod as a unit: delegate and develop copywriters and designers, distribute load, own timelines, unblock daily
  • Analyze performance data and make creative decisions accordingly.
  • Develop hooks, angles, scripts, concepts, and storyboards.
  • Write detailed, execution-ready briefs (script, shot-level storyboard, B-roll list) for designers, editors, and creators.
  • Own a proactive creative roadmap per account; bring forward plans to performance reviews.
  • Give clear, actionable feedback with stated reasons.
  • Work closely with other Creative Strategists, Campaign Managers, editors, and Operations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy/ copywriting in performance marketing
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small creative team.
  • Has a portfolio of ads you can walk through, numbers included.
  • Hands-on experience with DR formats: UGC, static ads, quiz funnels.
  • Strong ability to turn data into creative ideas.
  • Proven brief/storyboard craft.
  • Fast adopter of AI-assisted workflows; comfortable directing AI tools and quality-controlling their output.

  • Excellent communication skills.
