Your Mission
You'll help build the creative engine behind one of the fastest-growing ecommerce brands in America.
Depending on your strengths, you'll:
- Research customers and uncover winning insights
- Develop hooks, messaging and creative concepts
- Write high-converting creative briefs
- Analyse why ads succeed or fail
- Work alongside creators, editors and media buyers
- Launch a high volume of creative tests every week
If editing is one of your strengths, you'll also:
- Turn raw footage into high-performing Meta ads
- Improve hooks, pacing and retention
- Iterate winning creatives quickly

Compensation
- $2,000-$5,000 USD/month depending on experience
- Significant performance bonuses up to $15k+ a month from hitting winning ads
- Top performers earn substantially above their base salary
