Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Strategist/Planner based in Kathmandu. The Creative Strategist/Planner will be responsible for developing comprehensive creative and brand strategies, conducting research to uncover insights, and creating compelling storylines aligned with client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading brainstorming sessions, and ensuring the delivery of impactful campaigns. The role requires innovative problem-solving and the ability to align ideas with both market trends and consumer behavior.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy
- Strong skills in Brand Strategy and development
- Proficiency in Research and data analysis for market insights
- Exceptional Writing skills, including storytelling and crafting compelling narratives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to strategically combine creativity and analytical thinking
- Experience in advertising or marketing is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field
