About Learning Routes:
Learning Routes is a leading EdTech platform helping students and working professionals choose the right online and distance education programs from premium universities. We are looking for a creative and dynamic Video Shooter & Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging visual storytelling.

Salary : 25k to 30k
Roles & Responsibilities :
Shoot high-quality videos for social media, branding, interviews, events, and marketing campaigns
Edit videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, You Tube, Linked In, and ads
Add transitions, captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance content quality
Coordinate with the marketing and content team to execute creative concepts
Manage camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording during shoots
Ensure timely delivery of video content as per campaign timelines
Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms
Required Skills:
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
Good understanding of cinematography, framing, lighting, and audio
Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form video content
Knowledge of social media content trends and storytelling techniques
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film Production, or related field
Experience in EdTech, digital media, or agency background is a plus
Portfolio/showreel is mandatory
