This person will be the client-facing coordinator of our shop. You'll manage customer relationships, keep projects moving from estimate to completion, and make sure our production team has everything they need to do their best work. This role is equal parts customer service, project management, and operational ownership. It requires someone who is organized, communicates exceptionally well, and cares about the craft we practice every day.
What you'll own:
Customer Communication
- Build and deliver estimates to customers via email, text, phone, and in-person
- Guide customers through the project process from first inquiry to final delivery
- Communicate project updates, completion notices, and delivery coordination
Project Management
- Own project details in our CRM from intake through production
- Coordinate pre-production to ensure materials and components are sourced and ready
- Maintain production lists so our shop team always has what they need
Operations
- Manage invoicing and billing accuracy
- Own the delivery calendar — scheduling, confirming, and coordinating with customers
You are someone who:
- Genuinely cares about craft, quality furniture, and interior design
- Cares deeply about what we make and catches their own mistakes before they reach customers
- Exceptionally organized
- Comfortable managing many projects simultaneously without losing the details
- Thrives in a small team environment where everyone's contribution matters
- Experience with CRM or project management software is a plus
