Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Belleville, WI. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, overseeing projects, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs, developing strategies for account growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring account performance. The Account Manager will also handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports and managing budgets.
Qualifications

- Process quotes and sales orders for customers
- Answer phones and be available to help walk in customers
- Experience with project management and account oversight
