This position offers a chance to infuse narrative into cutscenes for the upcoming Threads of Time. As a full-time Cutscene Designer, you will collaborate with multiple departments, applying cinematic techniques to create impactful visuals. This role is a 6-month contract, with the chance to grow within a studio committed to inclusivity and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement high-quality cutscenes with Unreal Engine 5
• Stage and refine images for emotional resonance
• Collaborate with Design and Art teams on cinematic storytelling
• Document and streamline narrative workflows
• Address technical issues with narrative systems
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in cinematic design roles
• Passion for JRPGs and film language
• Experience with in-engine cinematic tools
• Strong attention to detail and communication
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
