Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join Everfit's engineering leadership team, with opportunities to work in either Core Business line or the Payment.

You will be the operational backbone of our product delivery — ensuring that our engineering, QA, and product teams work in rhythm, ship with predictability, and continuously improve how they work. You will own the delivery process from sprint planning to release, acting as a bridge between technical execution and business priorities.

This is not a project manager role with a spreadsheet. This is a hands-on, high-trust position for someone who has lived inside software engineering teams, understands the craft, and knows how to remove friction at scale.

Your impact

Delivery Planning & Execution

  • Own end-to-end sprint planning, backlog grooming facilitation, and release scheduling across engineering squads
  • Ensure all squads maintain a clear, prioritized backlog aligned to product roadmap and business OKRs
  • Drive on-time, high-quality delivery by tracking progress daily and surfacing blockers before they become delays
  • Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and manage release trains for major feature launches

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion Agile / Scrum / Kanban best practices across the engineering organization
  • Run effective retrospectives that lead to measurable, actioned improvements — not just feel-good conversations
  • Define, track, and report on key delivery metrics: velocity, cycle time, lead time, defect escape rate
  • Identify process bottlenecks and design targeted solutions, from workflow changes to tooling improvements

Stakeholder Alignment & Communication

  • Serve as the primary delivery communication link between engineering, product, QA, and executive leadership
  • Produce clear, concise delivery reports and sprint reviews for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Manage stakeholder expectations proactively — flag risks early, never let leadership be surprised
  • Facilitate productive cross-functional meetings: sprint ceremonies, roadmap reviews, incident post-mortems

Risk & Quality Management

  • Maintain a living risk register for each delivery cycle; own mitigation plans for high-impact risks
  • Partner with QA Lead to ensure quality gates are embedded in the delivery process, not bolted on at the end
  • Manage release readiness: coordinate UAT, staging validation, go/no-go decisions, and rollback plans
  • Lead post-incident reviews with a blameless culture and ensure action items are closed within agreed SLAs

Team Effectiveness & AI Tooling

  • Foster a high-performance, psychologically safe team environment where engineers can do their best work
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, automated testing, AI-assisted documentation) to accelerate team throughput
  • Mentor squad leads on delivery best practices and help scale delivery capability as the team grows
  • Partner with HR on team structure, capacity planning, and internship / new hire onboarding processes

  • AI & Tools Adoption: Champions AI tooling to accelerate team workflows

Who you are

  • 5+ years in a Delivery Manager, Engineering Program Manager, Scrum Master, or equivalent delivery leadership role
  • Proven track record delivering complex software products in an Agile environment — ideally SaaS or product companies
  • Deep fluency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) with the judgment to adapt them to context
  • Strong command of delivery metrics and how to use data to drive improvement decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English — able to present to engineers and executives equally well
  • Experience coordinating multiple squads or product teams simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — you can say 'no' with empathy and offer a credible alternative

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company, ideally with mobile + web product delivery
  • Familiarity with Jira, Linear, Notion, Confluence, or equivalent delivery tooling
  • Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools and how to scale their adoption across an engineering team
  • Background working with distributed or remote-first engineering teams
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification (valued but not required — we hire for demonstrated skill, not paper)
  • Vietnamese language proficiency (for working with local Da Nang team)
