The Deputy Operations Manager for ADORA is responsible for delivering Adora’s annual business goals by leading core functions across Store Operations, Brand and Merchandising, Marketing Communications, and Support.
This role translates business objectives into departmental roadmaps and ensures execution by aligning teams, monitoring progress, and resolving gaps to achieve operational and commercial targets.
Qualifications:
- With at least 10 years related work experience
- Preferably with experience in handling a luxury brand or store
- Ability to manage medium to large teams or multiple small teams
- Strategic thinking ability is present and more pronounced
- Demonstrates critical thinking and able to tackle several problems at once and address them methodically
- Can organize road maps/strategies into a concrete plan that is ready to execute and plans with a semi-annual/annual horizon in mind
- Plays a critical role in project delivery and execution
- Can work through and organize cross divisional and interdepartmental processes and is able to suggest innovative ways to improve and make them more effective and efficient
- Ability to craft relevant policies and protocols that align with the overall strategy
