We are looking for a Design Associate (Entry-Level) who is eager to learn, enjoys working with details, and is excited to be involved in the journey from concept to creation.

This is a fresh graduate / entry-level position with direct mentorship and on-the-job training. No prior jewelry experience is required.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prepare design presentations and technical packs for production
  • Prepare client-facing design materials and presentation layouts based on completed CAD designs
  • Organize design references, mood boards, and project documentation
  • Assist the founder with design development and creative projects
  • Prepare files and information for production partners and designers
  • Support day-to-day studio operations when required

Who You Are

  • Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply
  • Design-related education or experience is a bonus, but not required
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable working with visual layouts and presentation materials
  • Open to feedback and continuous improvement

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Rhino, Blender, or other design software
