We are looking for a Design Associate (Entry-Level) who is eager to learn, enjoys working with details, and is excited to be involved in the journey from concept to creation.
This is a fresh graduate / entry-level position with direct mentorship and on-the-job training. No prior jewelry experience is required.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare design presentations and technical packs for production
- Prepare client-facing design materials and presentation layouts based on completed CAD designs
- Organize design references, mood boards, and project documentation
- Assist the founder with design development and creative projects
- Prepare files and information for production partners and designers
- Support day-to-day studio operations when required
Who You Are
- Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome to apply
- Design-related education or experience is a bonus, but not required
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working with visual layouts and presentation materials
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Rhino, Blender, or other design software
