We’re looking for a Digital Production Designer to join our team and support the rollout and adaptation of global campaigns across digital and retail channels (We are almost remote — but we still love getting together and having fun from time to time 😉).
This role is focused on executing and adapting existing campaign systems into high-quality assets for ecommerce, email marketing, social media, web banners, and retail environments across multiple partner accounts and global markets.
If you enjoy fast-paced workflows, production excellence, digital execution, and working across a wide variety of formats and platforms, this role could be a great fit.
💡 About the role
This role helps create amazing digital experiences for one of our clients.
You’ll help create and adapt high-quality assets for digital channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, creativity, and production excellence across every touchpoint.
💡 What you’ll do:
✔Adapt campaign assets across digital channels including ecommerce, email marketing, web banners, and social media
✔ Produce high-volume rollout assets for retail and partner marketing initiatives
✔ Work within brand systems, guidelines, and templates
✔ Prepare production-ready files for multiple digital and print formats
✔ Support asset resizing, localization, and versioning
✔ Collaborate with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency and execution quality
✔ Maintain organized files, libraries, and scalable workflows
✔ Occasionally support retail marketing toolkit production and artwork finalization for global retail environments
✔ Ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail across all deliverables
✨ What we’re looking for:
✔ +4 years of experience in Visual Design, Web Digital Design, Production Design, or similar roles
✔ Strong experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
✔ Excellent understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
✔ Experience creating assets for digital channels.
✔ Fashion retail industry experience will be highly valued
✔ Strong attention to detail and production quality
✔ Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
✔ English level: C1 or fully bilingual (required)
✔ Experience working with global or U.S.-based teams is a strong plus
