We are looking for an Digital Engineer to work in our Corlu Algida factory.
Key Responsibilities
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Ensure all environmental, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered to, maintain a high safety standard and a safe working environment.
- Manage Cyber security agenda for factory
- Responsible for the Digital Tasks and to comply with Digital agenda of TMICC.
- Maintain related qualification or competencies set by authority for departmental operation.
- Lead/support new system installations and drive digital projects.
- Updates and maintains Digital-relevant documents used in the department according to the documentation system.
- Monitor departmental Operational KPIs in order to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operational activities.
- Participate in new projects, designing digital strategies and methods, procedures to provide continuous production for Corlu Algida Plant
- Ensure that the production is done according to TMICC standards and legal requirements with required quality, quantity, time and cost digitally.
- Lead new equipment commissioning and start-up stages digitally.
- Support ICMS Pillar activities digitally in production lines to improve performance with ICMS.
- Involve in kaizen projects to eliminate losses and to increase machine efficiencies digitally
- During all above activities, set out Occupational Health and Safety Instructions are to be strictly respected and followed
- Manages and updates technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facility
Skills
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Hands-on and proactive approach with high shopfloor presence
- Effective team leadership and ability to manage hourly-paid operational team
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple operational tasks
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Structured, detail-oriented and disciplined working style
- Resilient, results-driven and able to work under pressure
- EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- BSc in Industrial/Electric & Electronic/Mechanical Engineering Department
- Minimum 1 year of engineering experience, undertaking responsibility ideally in a multinational environment
- Preferably experience in FMCG
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Advanced user of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of Scada System and OPC
- Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
- Living (or willing to live) in Corlu
