Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile project manager who thrives at the intersection of project delivery, design operations, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception through completion, maintaining schedules, deliverables, budgets, and cross-functional alignment
- Collaborate with business consultants, designers, researchers, developers, clients, and partners to gather requirements and support accurate project scoping and estimation
- Build and maintain project briefs and requirements, budgets, schedules, milestones, and regular status reports to keep stakeholders aligned
- Clearly and accurately translate client vision, requirements, feedback, and scope changes into actionable tasks for internal design and web development or engineering teams
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding project progress, upcoming milestones, potential risks, and blockers
- Schedule and lead internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring clear and accurate meeting notes, decisions, and action items are recorded and distributed
- Maintain and organize task boards in Jira, Asana, and other project management tools, ensuring task statuses, deadlines, assignments, and dependencies remain accurate
- Manage the end-to-end UX and UI design delivery lifecycle, ensuring wireframes, UI components, Figma files, interactive prototypes, design specifications, and final production assets are completed, organized, approved, and handed off to development teams on schedule
- Provide oversight and quality reviews to ensure designs reflect project requirements and client feedback, and that front-end builds match approved Figma and design specifications across spacing, typography, responsiveness, and component states
- Regularly use AI platforms and tools to improve efficiency, strengthen project delivery, solve problems, and support company goals, while staying current on emerging AI capabilities and identifying opportunities to integrate them into team workflows
- Coordinate and support user research activities, including scheduling user interviews, organizing feedback and research data, translating insights into actionable tasks, and preparing research summary reports
- Develop a working understanding of each project’s technical architecture and create or update clear technical documentation, product documentation, and release notes
- Plan, track, and forecast internal team resources and workloads while coordinating external vendors and independent contractors assigned to projects
- Perform operational support tasks that help project workflows move smoothly and remove blockers across project, design, and development teams
Additional Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for client troubleshooting by investigating reported issues, reproducing bugs, and coordinating timely solutions with the web development team
- Perform manual and automated testing across desktop and mobile environments to help ensure stable, production-ready releases
- Execute hands-on content entry, build pages using existing UI components, and maintain page metadata, including meta titles, descriptions, and Open Graph information, following SEO best practices
- Support internal business operations by helping refine workflows, standard operating procedures, and team delivery practices
Qualifications & Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project management, digital project management, or a lead producer role
- Hands-on experience with project management tools, specifically Asana and Jira
- Experience managing accessibility testing against WCAG standards
- Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Direct experience managing websites built on WordPress and Drupal
- Nice to have: Experience validating Google Analytics and GA4 implementations, including event tracking, tags, and data accuracy
