It has grown to 18 stores and counting, opened its first location in a new market this year, and built a cult. For a brand marketer, that means real equity to work with, and white space still to define.
The Role
You’ll own how the brand shows up across every channel, partnering with the VP of Brand Marketing to build integrated plans across retail, wholesale and digital. The differentiating piece is omnichannel scope – retail and wholesale marketing being the rarer, higher-value skill this role gets to lead end-to-end.
You’ll own the CRM and rebuild the planning systems and operating rhythms that were set up three years ago and no longer scale, leading alignment across creative, PR, retail, digital and product, mentoring the brand marketing team and setting clear ownership along the way.

The Person
You have 7+ years in brand marketing, likely at a senior manager or director level now, inside a fashion, lifestyle or premium consumer brand.
You have run marketing across retail, wholesale and digital – not just executed within one. You have hands-on CRM ownership, and you have built scalable processes before. Our ideal candidate is both a strategist and an operator, and you prefer a small, design-led environment to a large corporate one.
