Director of Creative Operations (Ad Agency) Jobs in Buenos Aires Province, Argentina at Neon Growth
Title: Director of Creative Operations (Ad Agency)
Company: Neon Growth
Location: Buenos Aires Province, Argentina
About Neon Growth
- Neon Growth is a performance marketing agency helping ecommerce, consumer and app brands scale profitably.
- We manage millions in monthly media spend across paid social, search and emerging channels. Creative is one of the primary drivers of growth, not a support function.
- Our designers, editors, strategists and media buyers produce and test high volumes of performance creative across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube and other platforms.
- We are hiring a Director of Creative Operations to refine and lead the operating system behind that work.
The Role
- You will own how creative work is briefed, prioritized, staffed, reviewed and delivered across the agency.
- This is not a task-management or scheduling role. You will have clear authority over creative intake, prioritization, resource allocation, timelines, review processes and delivery.
- You will work alongside Creative Directors, Strategists, Account Leads, Media Buyers and agency leadership to keep priorities clear, consolidate feedback and move work from brief to delivery without unnecessary rework.
- The Creative Director owns the quality and direction of the work. You own how it is scoped, staffed, prioritized, reviewed and delivered.
What You’ll Own
Creative Workflow
- Manage the end-to-end workflow for static, motion and video creative.
- Establish clear stages for briefing, concept approval, production, review and delivery.
- Ensure projects begin with a complete brief, decision-maker, timeline and review plan.
- Build processes that support high creative volume without sacrificing quality.
Prioritization and Capacity
- Own the central intake process and creative priority queue.
- Assign work based on skill set, capacity, deadlines and continuity.
- Determine what can be accepted, deferred or expedited.
- Make tradeoffs clear when new priorities displace existing work.
- Forecast capacity and recommend additional resources when needed.
Reviews and Feedback
- Establish structured review checkpoints and feedback deadlines.
- Consolidate input from Creative, Strategy, Media, Accounts and clients.
- Resolve conflicting feedback before production continues.
- Prevent major late-stage changes from being treated as minor revisions.
- Maintain clear records of versions, approvals and decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the operational counterpart to the Creative Directors.
- Improve briefs and production readiness with Creative Strategists.
- Set realistic timelines with Account Leads.
- Support rapid iteration with Media Buyers based on performance data.
- Push back when requests lack clarity, exceed capacity or compromise existing commitments.
- Protect focused production time for the creative team.
Delivery and Team Performance
- Own schedules, milestones, dependencies and delivery visibility.
- Identify risks before they become missed deadlines.
- Create predictable review rhythms and working practices.
- Reduce unnecessary urgency, project switching and avoidable rework.
- Build an environment that combines speed, clarity and accountability.
