You will lead a team of strategists and analysts across a number of clients. You will work closely with the Marketing Science Director to manage resources, implement process improvements and provide mentorship within a tight knit account team consisting of analysts and strategists. Through data-driven insights, you will shape the strategic direction of a client’s marketing strategy.

The successful candidate is highly detail oriented, analytical, innovative with strong technical aptitude, a strong manager, and thrives in a successful, fast-paced environment.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Anticipating client’s needs and proactively developing solutions to address them
  • Actively participate and help to lead the integrated media planning.
  • Setting Budgets, KPIs and measurement framework
  • Generating and communicating clear, compelling and actionable insights; constructing insightful narratives through sophisticated analytic techniques
  • Recommending and implementing learning objectives that will aid in the consumer insight gathering and strategic process
  • Identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes
  • Successfully leading, recruiting, retaining and managing teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of agency experience, with 5+ years proven experience on an acquisition business(s)
  • A passion for digital marketing, research and analytics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well with others and work in cross functional teams
  • Ability to clearly explain complex technical ideas to multiple audiences both verbally and in writing
  • Strong decision-making, organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ad technologies (how they work, and how to troubleshoot)
  • Ability to set individual goals for analysts and measuring individual success / performance
  • Direct Response /CRM experience
  • Superior analytical skills with unwavering attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desired Technical Skills – These technical skills are listed to give you a general idea about the tools and techniques we use. The tools and techniques you will be using in your specialization unit will be a subset of the below.

  • Extensive experience in ad-serving and web analytics tools (Google DFA, Atlas, Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
  • Experience / familiarity with concepts of database design and SQL
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Tableau and Alteryx
