Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Director, Strategy & Content to lead the development of integrated content, social, and influencer marketing strategies for clients across the Philippines and the region.

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, content innovation, creator marketing, and digital media. You will transform business objectives and consumer insights into compelling campaigns, guide strategic direction for key clients, and ensure our work delivers both brand impact and measurable results.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic planning skills with deep expertise in digital culture, social platforms, content ecosystems, and audience behavior. You should be equally comfortable advising clients, leading teams, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Client Leadership

  • Develop integrated brand, content, social, and influencer marketing strategies for leading brands.
  • Translate market insights and business objectives into actionable campaign frameworks.
  • Advise clients on content strategy, consumer behavior, digital trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead strategic presentations, planning workshops, and senior stakeholder discussions.

2. Content & Campaign Strategy

  • Drive content planning, messaging frameworks, editorial direction, and creator collaboration strategies.
  • Partner with creative, influencer, media, and account teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
  • Champion innovative content formats, platform-first storytelling, and culturally relevant campaigns.
  • Use performance insights to optimise strategy and strengthen campaign effectiveness.

3. Business & Team Leadership

  • Support new business pitches through strategic thinking and audience insights.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and integrated marketing solutions.
  • Mentor strategy and content teams while fostering collaboration across disciplines.
  • Contribute to agency thought leadership and capability development.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, content strategy, digital marketing, media, or agency leadership.
  • Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, influencer ecosystems, and consumer behavior.
  • Proven experience developing integrated marketing strategies and managing senior client relationships.
  • Experience with FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, retail, technology, or consumer brands is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
