Requirements:
- Min. Diploma degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or Interior Design
- Min. 3 years of experience in a related industry and in the same role
- Ability to read working drawings
- Proficient in drawing applications such as AUTO CAD / ZW CAD 2D & 3D, Sketchup
- Proficient in 3D rendering applications such as Vray, Enscape, and similar applications
- Knowledge in interior contracting, or office & commercial furniture
- Having a Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, integrity, and highly inquisitive personality
Responsibilities:
- Create working drawings for inquiries and sales orders.
- Support the Project Engineering team with mock-up drawings.
- Regularly update the drawing database.
- Prepare as-built drawings.
- Prepare layout drawings.
- Assist sales in converting AUTO CAD documents to PDF.
- Coordinate with related teams
- Coordinate with vendors to prepare working drawings for inquiries and sales orders
- Implement K3 and maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the work area
- Ensure that all SHE procedures are implemented in the department
- Implement K3L / SHE, 5R, and protect the environment at the work site
