Goodfashion Group is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon.Who We AreGoodfashion Group is home to three distinct fashion brands:Kings of Indigo – Dutch sustainable denim with a global followingStapf – Austrian heritage knitwear, rooted in craft and traditionFelicitas – Traditional European fashion for a loyal, passionate communityWe run digital retail operations across all three brands and are expanding our e-commerce team to keep pace with our ambitions.The RoleYou will work closely with our E-Commerce Manager, serving as the operational backbone of our online stores.

From day-to-day store management to deep performance analysis, you will have real ownership across three brands — and real variety in your work.This is a hybrid position: you'll be based in Lisbon and work from our central Lisbon office one day per week, with the remainder from home.What You'll DoSet up and maintain product listings across our Shopify webshops with accuracy and consistencyCoordinate product image production — briefing, tracking, and publishing assetsKeep the stores healthy: translations, FAQ updates, content consistency, UX hygieneManage tools including Klaviyo, Symprosis, merchandising apps, review platforms, and social media integrationsCoordinate paid advertising with our external freelancer, tracking performance and timelinesRun regular and ad-hoc deep-dive analyses — conversion data, product performance, campaign results, customer behaviour — and turn findings into clear recommendationsWhat You Bring3–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or coordination, ideally in fashion or retailHands-on Shopify experience; familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, review apps, or merchandising platformsStrong analytical mindset — you go beyond surface metrics and can structure findings into actionable insightsBachelor or ideally Master in a relevant field of study with above average resultsOrganised, process-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple brands and prioritiesExcellent written English; German or Dutch is a plusBased in the Lisbon area with a valid EU work permit — both are requiredWhat We OfferA pivotal role across three growing, character-rich fashion brandsHybrid setup — 1 day on-site in central Lisbon, rest from homeA lean, collaborative team with short decision pathsReal ownership and room to growTo apply: Send your CV, work and academic certificates and a short note on your e-commerce background to ****** applications received via email will be considered.
