You will gain exposure on the following key areas:
- Brand Storytelling & Content Creation: Craft engaging content for social media, our career pages, and internal platforms that spotlight our culture, values, and employee stories.
- Program & Event Support: Assist in planning and executing employer branding and candidate experience initiatives that bring #BolderForBetter at Maya to life.
- Insights and Analytics: Track engagement metrics, gather feedback, and share recommendations that strengthen our brand and experiences.
🔎 What we're looking for
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and an eye for design (experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Amenable to work onsite at least 2x a week, for branding activities and events
- Currently pursuing a degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Communications or any related field
