Role Description The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation and optimization projects across TMI’s business operations. This contract, hybrid role is based in Phoenix, AZ, with a combination of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project timelines and resources, managing budgets and risks, and ensuring alignment between ERP solutions and business processes. The ERP Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, configure systems, support data migration, and drive user training and adoption. The role also involves monitoring project performance, documenting progress, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate business needs, and support decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with ERP implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial oversight to manage project costs, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization to align ERP functionality with operational workflows.
- Proven project management skills, including scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing or consumer products environments is beneficial, especially in design, production, or supply chain contexts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to support training and change management activities.
