Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up production equipment and work spaces before filming or events.
- Support the production team with organizing and managing production materials and supplies.
- Help coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling.
- Assist in tracking and updating production schedules and call sheets.
- Provide on‑set assistance during shoots or events, including managing talent and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or related field is a plus.
- Strong interest in film, television, or media production.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends if required.
