In this role, you will be responsible for providing seamless audiovisual experiences by operating and troubleshooting equipment king under the Operations Manager or Director, you will meet with clients to ensure their needs are met and establish positive relationships. Your ability to manage equipment challenges and perform necessary setups will greatly contribute to the event’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment professionally
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients on-site
• Monitor events to address client needs promptly
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues efficiently
• Complete order entries and manage invoices accurately
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required;
Associate degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent education
• Valid driver’s license required; must lift 50 lbs
• Achieve Technical Level 3 Certification within 180 days
