Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing visual assets, simple design adaptations, and editing needs using Canva, PSD, or other required tools.
  • Support the preparation and recapitulation of reimbursement submissions related to activation activities.
  • Research vendors, collect quotations, and prepare execution options based on project requirements.
  • Assist in coordinating technical requirements, materials, and operational needs for activations.
  • Support the preparation of activation materials, props, branding assets, and event equipment.
  • Assist with loading-in, setup, dismantling, and loading-out processes during activation execution.
  • Monitor the availability and condition of activation properties, inventory, and supporting equipment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure activation requirements are delivered according to timeline.
  • Conduct site visits and activation preparations when required.
  • Provide on-ground operational support to ensure activations run smoothly on event day.
  • Assist in documenting activation activities and preparing post-event reports when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Brand Activation, Event Management, Event Organizer (EO), Marketing Communications, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Creative Agency, or related fields.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Having a basic sense of design and visual aesthetics for banners, event collaterals, signages, booth branding, and offline placements will be a strong advantage.
