The Ortus Club is a B2B marketing company specializing in virtual and in-person knowledge-sharing discussions. Our experienced team runs approximately 50 events a month, striving to curate intimate gatherings that bring together senior executives and thought leaders across various industries. The Role

Are you a master of logistics with a knack for anticipating needs before they even arise? We are looking for a powerhouse Executive Assistant to partner with our Managing Partner (MP). This isn't just a support role—it’s the heartbeat of our leadership operations.

What You’ll Do: The Mission
- Master of the Calendar: You won't just book meetings; you’ll strategically architect the MP’s day across multiple time zones, ensuring they are always in the right place, at the right time, with the right information.
- The Ultimate Gatekeeper: You’ll be the face and voice of the executive office. You’ll triage communications with lightning speed, deciding what needs immediate eyes and what you can expertly handle yourself.
- Global Logistics Guru: From multi-city international tours to seamless domestic hops, you’ll handle the "A to Z" of travel, ensuring every visa, flight, and car service is locked in.
- Strategic Ghostwriter: You’ll craft high-impact presentations, white papers, and briefings. You have the unique ability to channel the MP’s voice and turn complex ideas into polished content.
- Special Ops & Projects: You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. Whether it’s leading a high-priority initiative or conducting deep-dive research for a new partnership, you own the outcome from start to finish.

- Experience: 2–3 years of high-level support experience (preferably in a fast-growth environment).

- Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in presentation tools, spreadsheets, and digital organization.
- Vibe: High energy, impeccable work ethic, and a "no task too big or small" attitude.
