Our clients are Directors, Senior Directors, VPs, SVPs and C-Suite who are exceptional at what they do — but are often overlooked, underpaid, politically unsupported, or burned out from carrying organizations without recognition.

We are seeking a highly skilled, deeply emotionally intelligent ICF-Certified Executive Coach to support our clients through transformational career and leadership growth.

This is not life coaching.

This is high-level executive coaching focused on leadership presence, strategic influence, communication, confidence, visibility, compensation growth, and navigating corporate power dynamics.

What You’ll Do

As an Executive Coach at PowHER, you will work closely with ambitious women leaders navigating high-stakes career transitions and executive growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coaching clients through leadership, confidence, communication, and career advancement challenges.
  • Helping clients identify and overcome patterns related to visibility, self-advocacy, executive presence, burnout, perfectionism, and organizational politics.
  • Supporting clients in navigating promotions, compensation negotiations, executive relationships, and strategic career moves.
  • Facilitating powerful coaching conversations that balance empathy, accountability, and measurable progress.
  • Providing structured guidance while tailoring coaching approaches to each client’s goals and leadership style.
  • Tracking client progress and outcomes with professionalism and consistency.
  • Collaborating with internal leadership and coaching teams to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and coaching integrity.

Required Qualifications

Non-Negotiables

  • Minimum 10 years of coaching experience
  • Experience coaching professionals in leadership, executive, career, or organizational settings
  • Exceptional verbal communication and coaching presence
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate nuanced client dynamics
  • Professionalism, discretion, and integrity

Strongly Preferred

  • Active ICF Certification (highly preferred)
  • Previous Corporate leadership or consulting background experience (highly preferred)
  • Previous coaching business owners are welcome to apply
  • Experience coaching women leaders or executives
  • Familiarity with leadership development, executive communication, organizational behavior, or workplace dynamics
  • Experience within high-performance coaching or consulting environments
  • Understanding of burnout, confidence gaps, and executive identity transitions

Compensation

Competitive compensation based on experience, certification level, and coaching volume. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
