Collaborate closely with the Producer, Director, and VFX Supervisor to support workflows and ultimately achieve production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fiscal planning and resource allocation processes
• Prepare executive summaries and cost reports for production
• Monitor inventory and identify potential risks proactively
• Facilitate weekly meetings and cross-departmental collaboration
• Manage Shotgrid templates and daily processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years in animation production management
• Strong knowledge of tracking tools like Shot Grid
• Proven ability to work with creative leadership
• Previous experience with remote studios is advantageous
• Willingness to travel as needed
