Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field
- Proven experience in a manufacturing management role
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with decision making abilities
- Data driven approach
- familiarity with manufacturing processes
- Maintenance of quality control standards and relevant technologies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
