Position: Dynamic Field Event Manager
Enhance client satisfaction as a Dynamic Field Event Manager. Lead a variety of event projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines while building trust with clients.
In this role, you’ll serve as an event expert within the North American XM Marketing Team, orchestrating events that deliver outstanding results. Emphasizing patience, initiative, and communication, you’ll navigate logistical requirements for events of moderate to high complexity. Additionally, you will engage in project budgeting to ensure cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise project kickoff, delivery, and logistics meetings
• Manage project timelines and milestones effectively
• Act as client liaison throughout all projects
• Coordinate with creative, production, and vendor teams
• Oversee review and management of event assets
Requirements:
• 2–3 years in event management or related field
• Excellent detail orientation and follow-up abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• Ability to work in a hybrid model
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
