Job Description
Lead the digital growth engine for a high-performance running brand that balances elite athletics with lower environmental impact. You will own the full ecommerce funnel, optimizing paid media, conversion rates, and customer economics. This role is a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on execution for a brand scaling rapidly across the US and UK.

What You Will Do
- Oversee and optimize Meta and Google paid acquisition while developing robust testing frameworks for hooks, messaging, and UGC.
- Own website conversion performance by improving PDPs, landing pages, and mobile UX to increase AOV and contribution margin.
- Build and lead a structured growth roadmap and weekly reporting cadence, translating complex cohort analytics into actionable scaling decisions.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of experience scaling premium ecommerce consumer brands, specifically within sports, footwear, or lifestyle categories.
- Deep technical expertise in Meta-driven growth and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) for brand-led businesses.
- Commercially sharp operator who balances analytical rigour with an understanding of modern brand aesthetics and high-end positioning.
