We’re looking for a Freelance Art Supervisor to support our GSW LA team. This role requires working PST hours and a strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual ability.
Pharma agency experience is required.
At GSW, we blend art and science to create impactful healthcare campaigns – developing brand experiences that involve, inspire, educate, and activate audiences.
What you’ll do
- Lead concept development in partnership with Copy and cross-functional teams
- Oversee multiple brands and provide creative direction to Art Directors
- Present and sell ideas internally and to clients
- Ensure high-quality execution across channels and timely delivery
- Act as a hands‑on contributor while mentoring junior team members
What you bring
- 4+ years of healthcare/pharma agency experience
- Strong conceptual thinking and design skills
- Proven ability to lead creative work and collaborate with clients
- Experience across 360 campaigns and multiple channels
Compensation
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $85, but may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
