The role
We're hiring a freelance researcher to build target lists and run first-touch outreach. You'll map the market for each search, find the right people, and get them interested.
You'll work directly with the founder on every search – no layers, no juniors. Work is project-based, remote and on UK hours (happy to go +/- 3 hours).
What you'll do
- Build target lists: map the market, find the right people, qualify them against the brief
- Run initial outreach that makes candidates want to reply
- Keep everything tracked and tidy in our tools
You'll have most or all of the following
- Diligent: You'll find people others miss by paying attention to small signals
- Fast and organised: you can run 1 or more searches at pace without dropping detail
- Persuasive: You write outreach people actually respond to (we can help with this)
- Interested: You're curious about leadership hiring, startups, and European tech
Search, recruiting, consulting or research experience helps, but isn't required.
