The Role:
As a Creative Marketing Strategist, you’ll craft compelling visual marketing concepts for images, short-form videos, UGC-style content, and performance-driven campaigns. Your work will align with our brand identity while helping us connect more effectively with our French- or German-speaking audiences.
You’ll play a key role in developing creative ideas that balance brand storytelling, local market relevance, fashion appeal, and measurable marketing performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop creative strategies and visual concepts for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand direction, local audience insights, and performance goals.
- Research local consumer insights, successful marketing cases, fashion and social media trends, cultural moments, and current events in French- or German-speaking markets; communicate findings through detailed reports and translate them into actionable creative ideas for Halara.
- Create and refine campaign angles, visual concepts, hooks and scripts templates, creative briefs, and content ideas for various marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
- Review creative assets and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve visual appeal, messaging, and conversion potential.
- Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.
What You Bring:
- Native fluency in French or German, with excellent written communication skills.
- Strong creative thinking and a proven ability to develop innovative visual marketing concepts.
- A strong understanding of social media content, short-form video trends, UGC-style marketing, and digital advertising creatives.
- Good understanding of e-commerce, fashion/apparel trends, local consumer behavior, and performance marketing.
- Adaptable, fast-paced, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work up to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
- Portfolio, creative samples, or examples of past marketing/content work preferred.
