Responsibilities
- Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency.
- Equipment Maintenance and Repair : Help to maintain and repair equipment and appliances by carrying out preparations and providing assistance while following strict, detailed instructions.
- Operations Management: Carry out operational tasks by following established processes. Involves working within given settings or parameters.
- Quality Assurance: Perform relatively simple quality sampling and inspection of products or processes (or both).
- Work Scheduling and Allocation: Work according to an assigned schedule.
- Operational Compliance: Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
- Health, Safety, and Environment: Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the well-being of self and others.
- Personal Capability Building: Develop and maintain excellent skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
Educational Requirements: Lower Secondary School
General Experience Requirement: Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (13 months to 3 years)
