Position Overview:
- 5+ years of product-management experience, including at least two years on AI/ML solutions
- Proven ability to translate Gen-AI possibilities into shipped product features
- Background in finance or fintech products is highly desirable
- Comfortable defining vision, building roadmaps, and presenting to executives and engineers alike
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work autonomously in a distributed environment
What You’ll Do:
- Craft product strategy and roadmap for new finance-focused AI agents
- Conduct market and customer research to validate problems and size opportunities
- Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering and design through agile sprints to ship high-quality releases
- Drive go-to-market planning, launch metrics, and customer onboarding materials
- Monitor post-launch KPIs (profitability, ROI, adoption) and iterate quickly
- Ensure features meet data-security, privacy, and finance-compliance standards
Day-One Expectations:
- Solid grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation techniques
- Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern data stacks
- Familiarity with accounting flows such as AR, AP, and month-end close
- Experience running backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective sessions
