You'll start by learning the craft of grant writing, preparing clear, accurate R&D tax incentive claims using a structured process we already run well. As you build confidence, the role grows: joining client calls, handling client communication, and eventually owning your own client book.
What you'll do Draft well-structured R&D grant content, organise client information using our capture process, review material for gaps, and support the team in finalising claims. Over time, you'll move into client-facing work and manage relationships end to end.
What we're looking for Currently studying a relevant degree (commerce, accounting, finance, engineering, science or law), ideally penultimate or final year. Excellent written English, confident verbal communication, and strong attention to detail. You'll need to be available a minimum of three fixed days per week, consistently, and have a genuine interest in R&D, innovation or advisory.
Exposure to R&D tax, accounting or client-facing work is a bonus, but ambition matters more.
