We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can shape how Master looks, feels, and communicates across touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Design high-quality visuals specifically for the Master app, including app creatives, learning modules, and in-product assets.
Translate complex or abstract ideas (skills, progress, outcomes) into clear, engaging visual stories.
Work closely with product designers, content, and growth teams to create scroll-stopping yet purposeful creatives.
Experiment with new formats, layouts, and visual metaphors to make learning feel less academic and more motivating.
Study data (CTR) and revise underperforming thumbnails.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, digital-first design role.
Strong command over tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (Bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva).
Solid understanding of color, typography, hierarchy, and composition.
Ability to move fast without losing clarity or craft.
Comfortable working with feedback and iterations and under tight timelines, including events.
Prior experience in EdTech, creator-led platforms, or consumer apps is a plus.
A portfolio that shows clarity of thinking, not just pretty visuals.
Basic idea of clickbaity thumbnails and thumbnail texts.
