Opportunity
Black & Veatch is seeking a graphic designer to design technical graphics for proposals. The graphics must support clear storytelling and maintain brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop technical site plans, process diagrams, work plans, technical illustrations, schedules, infographics, executive summaries, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ensure graphics demonstrate content clarity, visual hierarchy, ease of scanning, visual design excellence, and meet internal client expectations.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphics, design, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
- Advanced Photoshop and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong brand consistency, organization, detail orientation, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- 6+ years of experience (preferred).
Work Environment
Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days.
